 before and after

When selling, the main bedroom is a critical room to set up properly.
It should offer a wonderful respite at the end of the day.
A few new accessories and bedding which the sellers will enjoy in their new home
helped sell this house in record time.

The way a family lives in a home quite often is not the best for selling.
The fabulous lake views and architectural features in this home required
a sophisticated arrangement to do it justice.

Dated features will hinder the sale of a home causing buyers to walk away or chip away at the price.
Here we have avoided a buyer thinking about the cost of a new kitchen by painting,
removing a cupboard, and adding a new countertop. It sure worked... sold in a few days.

Even with the tasteful upgrades this home had enjoyed, there were no offers coming in.
The placement of staging rentals did the trick, showing a home rather than a house.

The master ensuite bath in this home was used but not loved. For selling it needed showcasing so that
a buyer could imagine a lovely soak at the end of the day.
Take every opportunity to show a desirable lifestyle when you are selling.

before and after

Painting is a wonderful selling tool when the right colours are chosen. In this case removing old wallpaper came first. The only new item that was purchased for this room was the bunch of branches in the corner.
Editing, cleaning, and a fresh eye did the trick.

Vacant properties often sell poorly, or not at all. Where is the charm? How do buyers tell how big the rooms are
or how to use the rooms? Also every flaw shows up in an empty house.
This older home was looking shabby, small, and abandoned. It had been on the market almost three months with no offers.
Once staged it took on a new life, fresh and interesting, and was unconditionally sold within two weeks.

This home had been extensively renovated but some rooms still looked like a funky old house.
The master bedroom had gleaming hardwood floors and fresh paint but not much character.
A few rentals made the room fun and current, and sold the house.

The owners of this condo didn't want to sell it as a student residence, which is what their son and friends had been using it for. The value of the unit was far greater as a family home so when it was time to sell that is what we showed. Flooring, painting, make shift walls removed, minor bathroom upgrades and the rentals of furniture and accessories more than paid for themselves with a fast and successful sale.

The exterior is just as important as the interior of a house when selling. If the outside doesn't appeal to a buyer you may not get the chance to show the inside. The goal is to show a manicured, easy to maintain yard. The front entry and approach to the house should express that the home is well cared for and visitors are welcome.
