about Melanie Orr
Melanie has a BA in Psychology from AcadiaUniversity and studied the MBA program at St Mary’s. She became an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) ™ in the spring of 2004, among the first five to do so in Nova Scotia. She went on to become a Canadian Staging Professional (CSP) ™, one of the first in the country. She is a Founding Member and Director of Home Stagers Atlantic Accredited Professionals (HSA) and a member of Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). She has over 15 years experience as a REALTOR in the Metro Halifax area, giving her great insight into the mind of buyers. Melanie is a graduate of the Sheffield School of Interior Design, New York, and has studied Redesign. She is a Director of the Nova Scotia Interior Decorators' Association (NSIDA).
Melanie has a passion for all things to do with home design and decor. With her creative talent and an in depth knowledge of what makes buyers buy, she is extremely well suited to provide home staging and redesign services.
